
Just a reminder: all exterior changes must be submitted for approval before work can begin. The architectural change form can be submitted via email to meadowhillsmeha@gmail.com or brought to the next board meeting (Thursday April 10th @ 7:30 PM).

The vast majority of exterior changes are approved quickly and without issue so that you can move ahead with property repairs and improvements. Typically, at most, minor adjustments are required to stay in line with the subdivision bylaws. However, exterior changes made without prior approval that do no fall in line with the bylaws will need to be removed at the owner’s expense. Save yourself from a costly mistake and submit your changes for approval first!
