ARCHITECTURAL CHANGE FORM
All exterior architectural changes require the approval of the board by submitting a form to the Architectural Committee.
This form is in addition to any permits required by the City of Farmington Hills, and you may need the Homeowner Association’s approval before a permit is granted by the city.
Please refer to Article V – Architectural Control of the MEHA Bylaws for more information on allowed changes and structures.

Meadowhills Estates maintains an active homeowners association (MEHA) and we want to be sure to include all new residents and maintain current contact information for existing residents.

SUGGESTIONS AND CONCERNS
There are 3 ways to submit suggestions and concerns:
1.) MEHA board always recommends neighbors having a friendly/neighborly conversation with one another to find a fair solution to any conflicts. A kind word and friendly smile goes a long way in finding solutions and building a neighborhood community we all want to live in!
2.) Attend the next MEHA board meeting and share your thoughts during the Open Discussion portion of the meeting.
