SPEAKING OF OUR COMMONS AREAS…

  •  Meadowhills Estates owns several acres of mowed open field, bordered by pockets of mature trees.
  • The walking/biking path leads towards a park area with picnic tables, benches, a baseball backstop, swings, slides, and a great play structure. An additional set of swings and slide is located beyond the walking path just north (across the street) of the main commons area.
  • This land can never be developed and is maintained by the Homeowners Association.
  • Our HOA continuously monitors the commons area trees, removes/replaces them as needed, and frequently adds additional shade trees along the walking path.

ABOUT OUR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION…

  • HOA Board and Committees are made up of volunteers from the neighborhood.
  • The goal of the HOA is to actively maintain common areas, enforce established bylaws, and keep residents updated on neighborhood issues and events.
