All exterior architectural changes require the approval of the board by submitting a form to the Architectural Committee.

This form is in addition to any permits required by the City of Farmington Hills, and you may need the Homeowner Association’s approval before a permit is granted by the city.

Please refer to Article V – Architectural Control of the MEHA Bylaws for more information on allowed changes and structures.

To submit your request, please download the form below, fill it out, and submit a PDF copy by emailing meadhowhillsMEHA@gmail.com. Please include in your email body a description of the proposed changes and attach any appropriate supporting materials, such as professional renderings.
